We currently have 4 laptops carts available for checkout to assist with projects and testing! We are going to try to use an outlook calendar for checkouts.
All carts have been labeled with colors- YELLOW-Location PL ROOM BLUE-Learning Commons ORANGE- Location PL ROOM RED-Learning Commons
Rules: 1. DO NOT send students to pick up or drop off the carts. The carts hard to manage and get run into walls and the laptops are sliding out of their ports. They are also very difficult to get over door jams. These carts cost $33,000. Each student laptop is close to $1000. Make sure you plug the cart back into:
2. A) The outlet 3. B) The gray drop box a. This has to be done every day by 3:00 pm. The county sends updates to the cart and this is what time they are sent. The laptops will crash if A&B are not done. If a laptop is not working properly or has an issue you are responsible for putting in a ticket. Once you put the ticket into the webhelp desk, write the ticket number down on the form on top of the laptop cart. Please return the carts to their specified locations when you are finished with them. 3. If you are not ok with accepting all of these responsibilities don’t check the carts out. We want these carts to be used, but we also need to keep them in mint condition for testing.
